Get Fit With and Nappturally Chic Jere



Hey Chic-istas! It is time to get healthy and fit!

I don't know about you, but I am sick of my fluctuating waist line! My problem is the fact that I looooovvvee food and my body is beginning to show it because my metabolism is slowing down because I am getting older (I still look yet but the calendar says otherwise lol).

If you are anything like me, you probably only care about your weight before a big event, a vacation, or when you feel your favorite clothes getting too snug... Not chic! Lol! I finally realized that now is the best time to get this under control and develop healthy habits that will carry me throughout my life. 

This year, I am focusing on being consistent and I am letting go of the dreaded unhealthy crash diets by committing to healthier eating habits and exercising three to four times a week. 

I have been following the Debbie Seiber's Program, Slim in Six (amazing program by the way), changed my eating habits (trying my hardest to eat clean, with occasional cheat days), and I have already seen results (Drop 8 pounds and I'm building muscle).

 We can't do this alone so let's turn this community of chic-istas into a healthy, fit, and strong community where we transform our bodies the healthy way! Are you ready?
